He truly cares about our dog and three cats and does a great job taking care of them while we are away or when our workdays are extended. We are a military family and constantly out of town for work or vacation, and I can always rely on Kendall when we need him. On one of our family vacations, our dog had an unanticipated life-threatening medical emergency, and Kendall handled the entire situation amazingly, including notifying us immediately and helping us get her to the emergency vet until we could get back home!!!
